Job Description
Roofer We are currently hiring for an experienced roofer to join our team in Atlanta. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs for residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with the potential to become a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial properties
- Repair or replace damaged roofs
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing roofs
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a roofer
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Excellent physical condition and ability to work at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with flat roofs, shingles, metal roofs, or other specialized roofing systems
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$1100 per week (negotiable based on experience)- Accommodation provided during contract period (if needed)
