Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Skilled Construction Employee and become a vital part of building exceptional projects from the ground up! This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are eager to apply their technical skills, and take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. As a Skilled Construction Employee, you will work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your expertise to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards. We are committed to fostering a collaborative atmosphere where your skills can shine and your career can grow. Duties Operate your own hand tools and power tools. Also, use heavy equipment safely and effectively across various construction tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise execution of projects Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to create durable structures Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and other fixtures with attention to detail Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes and project specifications Assist with framing, roofing, plastering, stucco application, and restoration projects as needed Manage construction site activities including material handling, site cleanup, and coordination with team members Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution Extensive experience with construction management principles and estimating processes Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and related installation techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform concrete finishing, masonry work, tile laying, and flooring installation with precision Familiarity with construction safety standards and inspection procedures Experience with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation Capable of fabricating components on-site through welding or other methods Knowledge of restoration techniques including drywall repair and surface preparation Ability to adapt quickly to different trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry), glass installation, caulking, roofing, and hardscape work We welcome dedicated professionals eager to contribute their expertise in a vibrant construction environment.
