What You'll Do:

Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, flat roofs) Remove old materials and prepare surfaces for new roofing systems Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment Support installation of insulation, underlayment, and vapor barriers Safely use roofing tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times Keep the job site clean, organized, and efficient Work closely with your crew to complete projects on schedule Communicate clearly with your team regarding tasks and progress You may be a strong fit if you: Take pride in doing work carefully and correctly Are dependable, consistent, and show up ready to work every day Follow instructions well and work effectively as part of a team Prefer hands-on work and building tangible results Are willing to learn and improve your skills over time Can handle physically demanding work and outdoor conditions

Requirements:
