Schedule:

4 days per week, 10 hours each About the Role We're a residential window and exterior cleaning company looking for a reliable, hard‑working technician who can run jobs independently, give customers a great experience, and help grow revenue through simple upsells and review generation. You'll be the face of the company at the customer's home, so we need someone who takes pride in their work and communicates well. What You'll Do Window & Exterior Cleaning Perform residential window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services Safely set up, climb, and work from ladders Handle physical labor: carrying equipment, moving ladders, working outdoors in various conditions Work Independently Drive to job sites on time, every time Manage your daily route and schedule with minimal supervision Follow checklists to ensure each job and each task is completed to standard Sales & Customer Service Greet customers professionally and walk them through the work being done Suggest simple upsells when appropriate (e.g., screens, tracks, exterior wash, solar panel cleaning) Ask for Google reviews at the end of each job and show customers how to leave one Handle basic questions or minor complaints on-site and communicate issues back to the office Admin & Reporting Take before/after photos when required Collect payments when needed and confirm job completion in our system Keep basic notes on each job (access issues, customer preferences, damage risks, etc.) Requirements Must have your own reliable pickup truck or SUV capable of carrying ladders and equipment Clean driving record and valid driver's license Comfortable with ladder work and heights Able to perform physical labor for several hours per day Strong customer service skills: polite, clear, and professional Comfortable having simple money conversations and offering add‑on services Able to work independently with minimal supervision and make good decisions on-site Smartphone with data plan for navigation, photos, and apps Compensation & Benefits Commission-based pay , typically averaging $25
