Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Field Technician ready to put their skills to work on meaningful exterior projects. You'll be a key part of our installation crew, completing windows, siding, roofing, and decking installations with precision and professionalism. This is not entry-level —you must already know your way around tools, materials, and job sites. If you want to grow with a company that respects craftsmanship and hustle, this is the place. What You'll Do Install siding, windows, doors, decks, and roofing components Prep and organize job sites for safety and efficiency Operate hand and power tools confidently and correctly Perform demolition and clean-up work as needed Communicate with Project Managers and Supervisors to stay on track Maintain professional and respectful interactions with customers Follow all safety policies and site procedures Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of construction, remodeling, or exterior installation experience ( must include one or more of: windows, siding, roofing, or decking ) High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and work outdoors year-round Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a team-first mindset What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid time off + holiday pay 401(k) with company match Career growth into Lead Installer or Field Supervisor roles On-the-job training and mentorship Family-first company culture Seasonal company gear and swag Bonus incentives Ready to Build a Career You're Proud Of?
