Job Description

Job Summary Gem State Staffing is currently hiring experienced General Construction Laborers for residential framing and siding projects . We are seeking dependable, hardworking candidates with previous experience in construction labor, residential framing, siding installation, carpentry labor, or general construction work . If you enjoy working outdoors, have construction experience, and are ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you!
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with residential framing and siding installation Perform general construction labor on residential job sites Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Measure, cut, and assist with framing materials Load, unload, and move construction materials Support framing crews with structural and exterior work Maintain a clean and safe construction site Follow all job site safety procedures and PPE requirements Must be 18 Available to work long hours.
Qualifications:
Experience in general construction, framing, siding, carpentry, or residential construction Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment preferred Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Benefits:
