In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing seamless gutters that protect homes and businesses from water damage, ensuring each project is completed with precision and care. Duties Measure, cut, and assemble seamless gutter systems using hand tools and power tools to ensure accurate fit and function Install gutters securely on various building types, including residential and commercial properties, following blueprints and schematics Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding or ladders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Seal joints with caulking or sealant to prevent leaks and ensure durability of the gutter system Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality Inspect completed installations for proper alignment, secure fastening, and overall workmanship before project completion Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition to promote a productive work environment Requirements Prior experience in construction site work, roofing, or related trades such as carpentry or masonry is highly desirable Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations Basic understanding of construction estimating, inspection processes, and blueprint reading techniques Experience with fabrication, caulking, trim carpentry, or related finishing skills is a plus Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Join us today to build a career where your skills contribute directly to safe, reliable infrastructure!
