Operating out of Rolling Meadows, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, Gutter Installer to join our team. The Gutter Installer is responsible for leading exterior installation projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing gutters, downspouts, and other related components on residential and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring that gutters are properly attached to the building and pitched correctly for proper water drainage.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Site Management & Safety:

Handle job site setup, load/unload materials, and safely utilize ladders and scaffolding. Maintain a clean, organized work area while respecting customer property.

Customer Service:

Speak directly with homeowners on-site in a professional, courteous manner to maintain our 5-star reputation.

Precision Installation:

Measure, cut, and install seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, soffit, and fascia on residential and commercial buildings. Ensure proper alignment and pitch for flawless water drainage.

Crew & Truck Operations:

Run your own truck/crew, with a small team of employees. Conduct morning huddles , optimize time management , handle training for crew members , and manage the team's truck cleanliness and maintenance.

Basic Qualifications Environment:

Dependable, hardworking, and fully comfortable working outdoors at heights and on ladders.

Technical Aptitude:

Strong ability to take accurate roofline measurements, use specialized tools , and troubleshoot problems independently in the field.

Licensing & Logistics:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate a company truck. Must have reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience leading a crew or running field jobs. Prior background in gutters, roofing, siding, carpentry, or exterior construction.

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding labor.

Comfortable working with heights and varying weather.

Reliable:

Punctual with a valid driver's license.

Team-Oriented :

Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour )
