This position is ideal for someone with gutter installation experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with additional responsibilities and room for growth. The right candidate will assist with gutter installations, oversee roofing and siding crews, maintain quality control on job sites, and help keep our shop and equipment organized.
Responsibilities:
Install gutters, downspouts, soffit, fascia, and related exterior products Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality workmanship Oversee roofing and siding crews and report progress to management and owner Communicate professionally with homeowners and subcontractors as well as fellow coworkers Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and shop organization Load and unload materials as needed Ensure job sites remain clean and safe Assist with material verification
Requirements:
Previous gutter installation experience required Roofing and siding knowledge is not required but is nice to have Experience using hand tools and power tools Comfortable working on ladders up to 40 feet Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation Self-motivated and dependable Ability to lift 50+ pounds
