Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. The Installer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Perform installations of signs according to specifications and safety standards Operate a bucket truck with a boom system to the job site daily Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Proven experience in installation or a similar role is advantageous Comfortability working outdoors all year round Basic electrical knowledge Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to the installation process Ability to work out of town jobs for 1-4 days at a time (room/meals fully paid as well as bonus pay per night out of town) Join us in delivering top-notch installation services with a small, family-owned business that's been proudly servicing Northwest Indiana, the Chicagoland area, and more for over 35 years!
