This role involves tasks such as inspecting roofs for damage, removing old materials, installing new roofing materials, and ensuring work areas are clean and safe. Key Responsibilities Install and repair shingle roofs (previous faisca and soffit experience required) Remove and dispose of existing roofing materials safely and efficiently Install underlayment, flashing, ventilation systems, and roofing components Inspect roofing structures and identify potential issues during installation Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors Ensure projects are completed efficiently and with attention to detail Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed Skills and Qualifications Previous roofing or construction experience preferred Experience with asphalt shingle installation strongly preferred Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work Comfortable using roofing tools and equipment Valid driver's license preferred
