Roofing Service Technician

Job Summary We are a growing roofing company looking for a reliable and skilled Roofing Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on small repairs, roof inspections, and supporting the estimating process for residential and light commercial properties. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and can work independently in the field. Roofing experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn. Responsibilities Conduct roof inspections and identify damage or potential issues Assist by gathering information needed for estimates (measurements, photos, notes) Communicate findings clearly with office staff Take photos and document job details Ensure all work is completed safely and up to company standards Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Requirements Experience with roofing repairs Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Basic understanding of roofing systems (shingle, metal, etc.) Valid driver's license Roofing license or certification (preferred) Spanish / bilingual is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity for growth and advancement On-the-job training and skill development Steady work with a supportive team environment
