Immediate start available About Green Attic Roofing Green Attic Roofing is a growing Chicago-area roofing and home services company serving residential and commercial customers across Chicagoland. We focus on quality workmanship, reliable communication, clean job sites, and roofing systems installed correctly the first time . We are currently hiring experienced TPO Installers for commercial and flat roofing projects. This position is specifically for roofers with hands-on TPO experience . We are looking for installers who can work safely, follow scope, install cleanly, and communicate clearly with the crew lead or project manager. This is not an entry-level roofing laborer position. Applicants must have real experience installing TPO roofing systems. Responsibilities Install TPO roofing systems on commercial and flat roof projects Perform membrane layout, attachment, welding, seams, flashing, patches, and detail work Install insulation board, cover board, edge metal, drains, boots, curbs, and related roofing components Operate heat welders and roofing tools safely and correctly Identify roof issues, installation concerns, and material needs Follow jobsite safety rules and company quality standards Keep the work area organized, clean, and professional Communicate clearly with the crew lead, project manager, and office team when needed Complete work efficiently while maintaining high installation quality Requirements Hands-on TPO installation experience required Commercial flat roofing experience required Experience with heat welding, seam work, flashing, and detail repairs Must understand proper TPO installation procedures and jobsite safety Must be reliable, on time, and able to work full days Must be comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and commercial job sites Must be able to lift materials and work in outdoor conditions Must have reliable transportation Must have basic roofing tools OSHA certification preferred but not required English communication preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation Pay is $35-$42 per hour , depending on verified TPO experience, skill level, reliability, and ability to work independently .
