AM Pay:
$19-$35 per hour, based on verified experience and skill level Green Attic is hiring experienced field workers for residential roofing, insulation, attic work, crawlspace work, and general construction projects throughout the Chicagoland area. This is a hands-on construction role. We are looking for workers who already have real field experience in roofing, insulation, spray foam, blown-in cellulose, attic work, crawlspaces, drywall, remodeling, demolition, or related residential construction. Warehouse-only, forklift-only, general factory, or unrelated labor experience does not qualify for this position. What You Will Do Depending on your experience, you may work on: Roofing labor, roof prep, shingle loading, tear-off support, and cleanup Attic insulation, blown-in cellulose, spray foam support, air sealing, baffles, and hatch work Crawlspace work, attic work, ventilation support, and home energy upgrades Drywall, demolition, remodeling support, and general construction labor Loading, unloading, carrying, and staging ladders, hoses, machines, tools, and materials Protecting customer property and keeping job sites clean and safe Following crew lead instructions, job scopes, and safety rules Required Experience You must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Roofing Insulation installation Spray foam support Blown-in cellulose Attic or crawlspace work Residential construction labor Drywall, remodeling, demolition, or general construction Applicants with only forklift, warehouse, delivery, factory, or unrelated labor experience will not be considered. Requirements Must be able to start around 6:00 AM when scheduled Must have reliable transportation to Schiller Park, IL 60176 Must be able to lift and carry 60+ lbs throughout the workday Must be comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, heat, dust, ladders, roofs, and tight spaces Must follow crew lead instructions and safety rules Must work well with a crew and respect customer homes Must be reliable, on time, and able to work full-time Preferred Experience Valid driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Experience with insulation blowers, spray foam rigs, roofing tools, nail guns, compressors, ladders, or power tools Crew lead experience is a plus
Pay:
