Join our team of busy Gutter Installers and play a vital role in enhancing the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. In this permanent position, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help protect buildings from water damage while ensuring customer satisfaction through quality craftsmanship. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install various types of gutters using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Read and interpret construction drawings and instructions to ensure accurate installation Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding or ladders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Perform maintenance and repairs on existing gutter systems, including cleaning, caulking, sealing joints, and replacing damaged sections Assist with and perform other construction-related tasks such as lumber cutting and rafter building Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety standards on construction sites Clean up job site at completion, haul away debris, always striving to leave a customer's property the same or better than we found it. Qualifications Previous experience in blueprint reading, roofing and/or exterior framing carpentry helpful but not required; we will train the right motivated person for success. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment essential for gutter installation Previous experience with shingle roof installation desired Previous experience with metal roof and/or rubber roof installation/repair, stud framing, masonry or welding is desired but we will train right motivated candidate for success. Ability to climb ladders as well as the ability to carry/transport them to and from work truck to job site effectively and safety. (Those with a fear of heights need not apply!) Able to perform duties on and around the jobsite safely and move from task to task efficiently and with minimal direction Strong problem-solving skills Handyman experience or certification in related trade such trim carpentry is a plus Legally able to work in the United States 18+ years of age EOE Background check required Join McCoin Roofing LLC and be a part of providing durable gutter systems that safeguard properties while advancing your skills in a lively construction setting.
