In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems on residential and commercial properties. Duties Measure and assess building structures to determine appropriate gutter system specifications. Install gutters using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure secure and precise fittings. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to follow project plans accurately. Attach gutters to roofs, fascia boards, or other designated areas with caulking, fasteners, and brackets. Perform maintenance, repairs, or replacements of existing gutter systems as needed. Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and building codes. Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements trust worthy and no lying Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment used in gutter installation. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to construction projects. Experience working on construction sites with heavy lifting and physical demands. Familiarity with roofing systems, metal stud framing, stucco, framing carpentry, or restoration work is a plus. Ability to perform precise measurements and follow detailed instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship. Valid experience in plumbing or masonry can be advantageous for complex installation scenarios.
