Thanks to strong demand for our residential installation services, we're expanding our team and looking for an installer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work and enjoys seeing a project come together from start to finish. If that sounds like you, we'd love to connect. Position Overview We are seeking a Residential Installer to join our growing Home Showroom team. In this role, you will install windows, doors, and Corradi outdoor structures, including premium engineered pergolas, retractable roofs, and louvered systems at residential job sites across the area. This is a hands-on, customer-facing field role where your craftsmanship and professionalism will represent the Lensing standard on every job. What You'll Do Install windows, doors, and Corradi outdoor living structures (pergolas, retractable roofs, louvered systems) at residential job sites Review work orders and installation instructions prior to each job Inspect materials for accuracy and condition before installation Take field measurements and verify rough openings and structural anchoring points prior to installation Complete installations to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards Identify and communicate field conditions or discrepancies that may affect installation Interact professionally and courteously with homeowners at job sites Load, unload, and transport materials needed safely to and from job sites Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites throughout the installation process Complete job documentation and communicate status updates to supervisors and scheduling Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential construction, carpentry, or related installation trade Ability to read and follow work orders and installation instructions Ability to take accurate field measurements Experience using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Professional, customer-friendly demeanor for homeowner-facing job sites Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — must be insurable under the company vehicle insurance policy Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset Preferred Experience Previous experience installing windows, doors, or related building products Experience with pergola, shade structure, or specialty outdoor product installation Experience working on residential remodel or new construction job sites Familiarity with flashing, weatherproofing, and finish carpentry techniques Even if you don't meet every qualification, we encourage candidates who are eager to learn and grow to apply.
