Requirements Proven experience as a caulker or in a similar role within the construction industry. Commercial caulking experience required. Ability to work at all height levels Ability to work with all types of caulking (urethane, silicone, etc.) Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction inspection processes is a plus.
