Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric (PHCE) Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking a motivated and dependable team member to join our Sewer Division as an Inside Sewer Install Assistant . This position is designed for individuals looking to expand their skills, grow within the company, and build a long-term career in the sewer installation field. Position Summary The Inside Sewer Install Assistant works alongside Sewer Install Technicians and Supervisors to assist with residential and commercial sewer replacement and repair projects. This role is responsible for supporting installations, maintaining job site safety, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Pay :
$20.00/hour during training period. After completed training, commission-based performance pay. Essential Responsibilities Assist with sewer line installation and replacement projects. Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for daily jobs. Support excavation and trenchless installation crews as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with site preparation, restoration, and cleanup. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Complete assigned training and development requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and dependability. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred. Previous construction, plumbing, drain cleaning, or sewer experience is beneficial but not required.
