You are one of the last team members on-site before a new owner or tenant moves in, meaning your eye for detail defines the quality of our brand. What You'll Do Professional Spraying:

High-quality cabinet, trim, and exterior spraying. You are expected to deliver a factory-grade finish without runs or overspray.

Expert Prep & Patch:

Master-level masking, drywall repair, and texture matching. If a wall was damaged, your goal is to make the repair invisible.

Project Documentation:

Utilize CompanyCam to document daily progress and "before/after" wins for the office team.

Site Stewardship:

Maintain a clean, organized workspace. We respect the property and the neighbors.

Crew Collaboration:

Support the Carpenter and Mechanical Tech when needed to ensure the crew hits the "Move-In Ready" deadline. Required Tool Kit To qualify for this position/pay grade, you must possess your own:

Hand Tools:

Common hand tools include 5-in-1 tool, Brush set, Caulk gun, Putty knives, Masking tools, and Personal respirator.

Power Tools:

Drill/driver, Circular saw, Reciprocating saw, Oscillating saw, Orbital sander, Angle grinder, & Work light. What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional painting experience (Residential/Remodel preferred). A desire to learn and grow. We believe that "growing people change!" Ability to walk a jobsite with a Foreman and explain your process clearly. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle capable of reaching jobsites across the KC metro area.
