Position Summary The Commercial Roofing Crew Laborer assists roofing crews with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. This role involves physical outdoor work, teamwork, and following safety procedures on active job sites. Responsibilities Assist roofing crews with tear-off, installation, and repair of commercial roofing systems Load and unload roofing materials, tools, and equipment Carry materials across rooftops and job sites safely and efficiently Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow company safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times Assist with roof coatings, insulation, membrane installation, and flashing work Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Perform other duties as assigned by crew leaders or supervisors Qualifications Construction or roofing experience preferred, but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Reliable transportation and strong attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment OSHA certification is a plus
