Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM +/-, occasional weekends as needed, frequent overtime available About Us UltiPlay Parks & Playgrounds Inc. is a family-owned, full-service commercial playground and recreation company based in Blackstone, MA. We have proudly installed thousands of custom playgrounds. Join our experienced, hard-working team that builds safe, inclusive, multi-generational, and award-winning playgrounds throughout New England! Position Overview We're seeking reliable and hardworking Playground Installers to join our team. This position involves outdoor, physical work, including site preparation, assembly, and installation of playground structures. The ideal candidates enjoy hands-on projects, teamwork, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Assemble and install playground equipment according to blueprints and specifications Prepare job sites by measuring, leveling, digging, and setting concrete footings Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Load and unload materials and equipment Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Maintain a clean, organized job site Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding progress and site conditions Qualifications Previous construction, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred Basic understanding of tools and machinery Previous experience with Skid-Steers, excavators, boom lifts, and telehandlers preferred Attention to detail and ability to complete work independently Ability to lift 50-100lbs and perform physically demanding work for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to travel to job sites as needed and expenses paid (some overnight travel may be required) Positive attitude and strong teamwork/collaboration skills Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
