Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as slate, shingles, copper, etc. Ability to lift and handle roofing materials and work at heights in various weather conditions. Knowledge of roofing principles, slate installation techniques, and the use of specialized tools is a plus but not a requirement. Understanding and adhering to safety regulations and procedures. Working effectively with other roofing crew members. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during roofing projects. Ensure the construction site is kept clean and organized at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in roofing or general labor is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing work. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
