Job Summary Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Foundation Waterproofing Installer specializing in membrane and drainage systems. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality waterproofing solutions that protect structures from water intrusion, ensuring durability and longevity. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects, providing essential protection for below-grade and foundation areas. Complete This Form to apply https://zfrmz.com/x3vpf19gdztCioliOYO7 Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion of waterproofing membranes and drainage systems. Install various types of waterproofing membranes, including sheet, liquid-applied, or spray-on systems, according to project specifications. Set up and install drainage components such as weeping tiles, drain boards, and sump pumps to facilitate proper water management around foundations. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and secure materials during installation. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately follow project plans and specifications. Conduct inspections during installation to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise on-site. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical teams to coordinate work seamlessly. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Experience with construction site activities including concrete forming, masonry, framing, roofing, plastering, stucco application, and restoration work. Skilled in the use of hand tools (caulking guns, trowels) and power tools (drills, saws) for precise installation tasks. Knowledge of construction management practices with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital document review and markups is a plus. Strong understanding of plumbing systems and electrical experience related to drainage or waterproofing components is advantageous. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling.
