Job Responsibilities:

Sump pump installations Interior drainage system installations Basement waterproofing projects Basement finishing support Using tools and equipment safely Working with a crew on residential job sites Providing excellent customer service to homeowners

Requirements:

✅ Age 21-30 preferred ✅ Valid driver's license required ✅ Reliable transportation ✅ No smoking on the job ✅ Organized and professional ✅ Friendly and respectful with clients ✅ Good customer service skills ✅ Must understand and speak English ✅ Willing to lift 50 lbs or more ✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude ✅ Ability to perform physical labor ✅ Willingness to learn and grow with the company ✅ Must wear PPE equipment on job sites
