Valid Driver's License The Opportunity You will serve as a key technical expert, executing high-quality commercial single ply roofing installations and repairs across Barnstable and Plymouth Counties. How You Will Make an Impact Execute the installation and repair of commercial single ply roofing systems in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications. Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship to ensure every project meets the company's "no-shortcut" quality guarantee. Communicate effectively with customers on-site to provide project updates and ensure a professional service experience. Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA standards, fall protection, and proper lift operation to maintain a zero-incident environment. Lead by example in the field by maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude and a "take charge" approach to daily tasks. Document project progress and report site conditions to field operations leadership to ensure timely project completion. Required Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience specifically within commercial single ply roofing systems and flat roof repairs. 10 years of work experience in the commercial flat roofing industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for direct customer interaction. Proven ability to take initiative on job sites and work with a high level of attention to detail. Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable history of professional attendance. Physical ability to perform roofing labor and a commitment to following all company safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience or training in architectural metal, copperwork, or residential carpentry. Prior completion of OSHA safety training or manufacturer-specific installation certifications.
