As one of Baltimore's premier roofing and exterior construction companies, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship, customer service, and community impact. This role is critical to our success and offers tremendous earning potential and room for growth. About the Role As a Home Improvement Sales Consultant, you'll serve as the face of Four Twelve Roofing while helping homeowners navigate roofing and exterior improvement projects. This is a consultative sales position focused on building trust, delivering solutions, and managing projects throughout their lifecycle—not just closing deals. You'll run company-provided appointments, estimate projects, measure roofs, and coordinate with production teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Run company-assigned sales appointments weekly (typically 8-12 appointments/week) Estimate and sell roofing and exterior construction projects Build rapport and trust with homeowners during consultative sales meetings Measure roofs and inspect properties safely (including climbing ladders up to 40 feet) Prepare detailed material and cost estimates for: Roofing Siding Windows & doors Decking Paint & drywall Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution Follow up with prospects and previous leads regularly Attend weekly sales meetings and monthly in-person company meetings Assist with lead generation initiatives when needed Participate in ongoing mentorship, training, and sales development opportunities What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working independently and in the field Sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction sales a plus) Ability to climb ladders and work outdoors Strong organizational and follow-up skills Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Required Equipment & Tools To perform successfully in this role, consultants are expected to provide: Presentable pickup truck Ladder rack Ladder set (32', 28', telescoping ladder) Laptop computer Smartphone with reliable data plan/hotspot Measuring tools and basic field equipment Drone preferred

Compensation & Benefits Training Draw:

$1,000/week for first 8 weeks

Commission:
