Interior Trim Material Field Manager

Job Description:

Fine Line Trim is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Trim Material Field Manager to support our field operations and manufacturing team. This position is responsible for visiting residential construction sites, verifying material quantities, measuring rough openings, identifying material needs, and communicating project requirements to our interior trim team and manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

Visit various job sites. Measure existing rough openings and verify field dimensions. Review projects and confirm material quantities. Identify and report material needs for upcoming work. Complete required company reports, documentation, and paperwork. Order materials as needed and track project requirements. Communicate regularly with the Fine Line Trim team regarding schedules, project status, and upcoming work. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, builders, and project personnel. Follow job site safety requirements and company procedures.

Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships. Valid Driver's license and clean driving record required. Knowledge of interior trim products is preferred but not required. Ability to read construction plans and blueprints is preferred but not required. Familiarity with job site safety practices is preferred but not required. Residential Construction Experience preferred, but not required

Compensation:
