Field Quality Manager - Service and Repair

Job Responsibilities:

Has extensive experience in repairing various types of roofing materials Manages installation crews performing various roof, siding, gutter, aluminum, and other repairs, following manufacturer and company instructions Perform general light carpentry and punch out work Act as a point of contact for customers, updating them and answering their questions Inspect jobsites before, during, and after installations Provide guidance for installation technicians Make recommendations to customers about additional repairs or services Prevent injuries and damage by maintaining a clean and safe jobsite Work with an experienced team which values commitment and honesty Work a 40-hour (minimum) work week, with weekday hours ranging from 6:30 am - 5:00pm and some weekends Follow our company manual, safety procedures, and drug-free workplace policy Do you have: Substantial construction experience of 5 years or more The ability to engage in constant physical activity, outdoors and sometimes in cramped spaces, including lifting up to 100lbs, climbing ladders, and working on elevated positions Excellent customer service abilities, with the organizational skills to stay on schedule Knowledge to safely operate relevant construction machines and tools Ability to communicate in English and understand technical specifications Knowledge of math and measurements with the ability to read and draw diagrams Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams, and internal technical exams A current driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle Then we have: Market-leading compensation and benefits Weekly pay and generous paid time off 401k retirement savings Robust health benefits A company vehicle and gas card Are you ready to join the Brothers team?
