Installation Technician

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable Installation Technician to join our team. This is a traveling 1099 independent contractor position involving job sites across the country. Work includes installations, repairs, maintenance, and general construction work on commercial and private shooting ranges. We are looking for someone dependable, hard-working, punctual, and willing to travel regularly for projects. Candidates must be comfortable working in and around shooting range environments and following all safety procedures at all times. Experience in construction, carpentry, mechanical work, or installation work is required. Applicants should be comfortable using tools, operating equipment, working in different job site conditions, and willing to learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities Assist with shooting range installations, repairs, and maintenance projects Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and work instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely Load, unload, and move materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all job site safety procedures Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule Travel to out-of-state job sites as needed If you do not want to travel, this is not the position for you. We work throughout the country and regularly travel for projects. Transportation, hotels, and job-related travel expenses are covered when applicable. Requirements Experience with construction, carpentry, mechanical work, or installation work Willing to travel regularly Valid driver's license Drug free Reliable transportation Punctual and dependable Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials Ability to work long hours when needed depending on project schedules Must work well with others and maintain a professional attitude on job sites Schedule Full-time Travel required Weekend work as needed depending on projects Pay Pay based on experience Travel expenses covered If you are dependable, willing to travel, and ready to work, we'd like to hear from you.
