BUSY ROOFING COMPANY LOOKING TO ADD ROOF CREWS TO OUR ROSTER
Perform roofing tasks including tear-off and removal of roofing material, adhering or attaching, insulation, membrane sheets, flashings and metal edging. Skilled in use of various hand tools used in roofing and sheet metal trade. Examples are hammers, utility knives, measuring tools, tape measure, chalk lines, etc. shears, tongs, snips, and other similar items. Also develop skill in the use of hand-held power tools such as drill motors, screw guns, circular saws, etc. Capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials, such as roof insulation, roof decking, rolls of roofing material, and gravel.
Requirements:
Proven 10 years of roofing experience Must have at least one (1) person that speaks English Professional demeanor in all customer and company encounters Results oriented with attention to organization, detail and accuracy Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and ability to move around equipment as needed Work with hand-tools and be able to climb ladders, working at heights Proficient using power tools and hand tools Must have valid driver's license Crew must have their own truck also dump trailers are a plus Must be able to install at least one of the following roofs: asphalt shingles, standing seam metal, or cedar shakes Crew must carry general liability and workers comp insurance Please submit resume and references with previous work experience
