Early May Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Metal Roofing Installer to join our crew for a full-time, short-term project starting in early May. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation of metal roofing systems while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on the job site. Responsibilities Install metal roofing panels, trim, flashing, and related components Measure, cut, and secure metal roofing materials accurately Assist with roof preparation, underlayment, and cleanup Use hand and power tools safely and properly Follow job plans, safety procedures, and supervisor direction Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project timelines Qualifications Previous roofing or construction experience preferred (metal roofing a plus) Ability to work at heights and in outdoor weather conditions Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods Comfortable working on roofs and elevated surfaces Why Join Us Competitive pay at $20/hour Consistent weekday schedule Short-term commitment with full-time hours Opportunity to work with an experienced crew on a defined project
