Whether you're experienced in carpentry, masonry, or operating heavy equipment, your proactive approach will be vital in transforming blueprints into reality. Duties Perform a wide range of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, and concrete finishing to support various project phases. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to assist with site preparation, material handling, and structural work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations such as glass, cabinetry, doors, and trim carpentry. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Assist with construction estimating by measuring materials and labor needs for different trades. Support site management by coordinating with team members on scheduling, material delivery, and work sequencing. Perform restoration work including plastering, stucco application, caulking, painting, and surface finishing to enhance project quality. Experience Proven experience in general construction roles with familiarity in multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or concrete work. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution of tasks. Knowledge of construction management principles and construction estimating processes is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on active job sites. Prior experience in construction site inspection or quality control is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
