Pay:

Schedule:

Based in Brighton, MI In-person Full-time 40-50 hours per week Travel (50%) required

Qualifications:

2+ years of commercial roofing experience required Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and workmanship Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 75 pounds

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, and metal roofing Perform tear-offs, insulation installation, membrane application, flashing, and detailed finish work Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders Operate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow OSHA regulations and always company safety policies Communicate effectively with crew leaders, superintendents, and project managers Identify potential issues and report them promptly Travel out of state as needed (travel expenses covered by the company) Does this sound like the position for you?
