We specialize in high-quality exterior and interior products exclusive to us, committed to delivering exceptional service, expert installation, and innovative solutions that enhance our customers' homes. Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer/Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining a variety of home improvement products with precision and care. Your expertise will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers by ensuring flawless installations and outstanding service. Responsibilities Safely install exterior and interior home improvement products according to company standards and specifications Use tools associated with construction Conduct thorough inspections during installation to identify potential issues before completion Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment Communicate effectively with customers to explain installation processes and address questions or concerns Complete detailed reports on work performed, including any issues encountered or additional recommendations Maintain a clean, organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after each job Experience Prior experience in installation or technical roles within the home improvement or construction industry preferred Familiarity with basic construction Strong problem-solving skills with the issues effectively Ability to read basic diagrams, blueprints, or installation instructions clearly Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and home owners Ability to stand, kneel, lift heavy materials, and work in various outdoor or indoor environments throughout the day
