In this role, you will lead and execute a variety of remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help revitalize spaces, improve functionality, and elevate aesthetic appeal across residential and commercial properties. Duties Plan and coordinate remodeling projects from start to finish, including site preparation, material selection, and project sequencing Perform carpentry, framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and trim carpentry with precision and attention to detail Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete various construction tasks Install cabinetry, doors, windows, glass, stucco, roofing components, and perform masonry or concrete finishing as needed. Requirements Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or related fields with strong site experience in residential or commercial projects Skilled in various trades including carpentry/framing, deck buildin, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, restoration, tiling, full bath renovation. Familiarity with construction safety protocols and inspection procedures Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders; hand tools; and specialized equipment, painting, ladders.
