Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Seamless Gutter Installer and take pride in delivering high-quality, efficient gutter solutions that protect homes and businesses from water damage. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing seamless gutters with precision and care, ensuring each project meets safety standards and customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of hand and power tools, and develop your skills in construction and installation processes. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence while providing valuable service to our clients. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and assemble seamless gutters according to project specifications using hand tools and power tools. Cleaning and repairing gutters as necessary. Installing various leaf/debris managment products. Install gutters securely on various building types, ensuring proper alignment and drainage flow. Use construction management techniques to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion. Inspect completed work for quality control, making adjustments as needed to meet safety and aesthetic standards. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols throughout each project. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work, roofing, or related installation roles. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools. Experience with related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or plumbing enhances your versatility. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges during installation.
