Responsibilities Measure, cut, and assemble seamless gutter systems using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fit and function Install gutters on residential and commercial properties following blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications Prepare work sites by cleaning surfaces, removing debris, and setting up scaffolding or ladders for safe access Use caulking, trim carpentry, and sealing techniques to ensure leak-proof connections and a clean aesthetic Inspect completed installations for quality control, ensuring proper slope, alignment, and secure fastening Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and troubleshoot any on-site challenges Maintain safety standards by adhering to OSHA regulations and utilizing heavy equipment operation when necessary Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work, roofing, or related trades such as carpentry or masonry is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation for installation tasks Knowledge of construction management practices and inspection protocols to ensure quality standards are met Ability to read technical drawings related to plumbing, electrical systems, or fixture installation is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills during on-site installation challenges Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working at heights safely Join us today to build a career that combines craftsmanship with customer satisfaction!
