Key Responsibilities:
Install trenchless CIPP liners for sewer and drain systems Perform sewer and drain repairs, including excavation when required Install and support underground utility work as needed Read and interpret job scopes, plans, and specifications Ensure all work meets safety standards, company procedures, and customer expectations Communicate clearly with customers, answering questions and setting expectations Maintain a clean and professional job site Work in all weather conditions and varying job environments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in drain, sewer, or underground utility work preferred (CIPP experience a plus) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
Interpersonal Qualifications:
Customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues with professionalism Highly organized with the ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy High level of integrity and accountability in all work Why You'll Want to
