Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as full-time painters in the New Ulm area. No prior experience is required. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, work outdoors, and be part of a fun, hardworking team.
What You'll Do:
Perform residential and/or commercial painting tasks Prepare surfaces (cleaning, scraping, sanding, taping) Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn, training will be provided Ability to work outdoors Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to lift, climb ladders, and handle physical work Do not need prior painting experience

Pay:
$18.50 - $22.00 per hour
