This role is perfect for motivated individuals who want to stay active, work with a team, and build real-world skills in residential and commercial painting. No prior experience is required —we provide all the training you need to succeed. All work is paid, making this a great opportunity to earn money while developing practical skills in a high-demand field. Duties Assist with exterior painting projects including surface preparation, priming, and painting on residential or commercial properties Perform prep work such as scraping, sanding, caulking, taping, and covering surfaces to ensure a quality finish Work with ladders and basic painting equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper storage of tools and materials Support the team with setup and cleanup at the beginning and end of each workday Follow safety guidelines and instructions to ensure a safe work environment Communicate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on time Qualifications No experience required —training will be provided from day one Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Reliable and able to follow directions carefully Interest in learning a hands-on trade is a plus This role is ideal for individuals looking for a productive and active summer job while gaining real skills in painting and construction.
