Role Overview We're looking for seasoned Vehicle Graphics Installers with proven experience installing panel-based graphics, partial wraps, and full wraps . This role is for professionals who understand production environments, quality standards, and the importance of precision and pace. If you can confidently install, problem-solve on the fly, and take pride in your finish work—this is a strong fit. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Graphics Installation Install vinyl graphics, panels, partial wraps, and full wraps on a variety of vehicle types Execute bubble-free, aligned, high-quality installs using industry best practices Surface Prep & Material Handling Properly clean, prep, and inspect vehicle surfaces prior to installation Review materials for defects and ensure correct panel placement Production Execution Complete on-site installations Monday-Friday Maintain efficiency while meeting daily production targets and deadlines Quality Control Perform final quality checks to ensure durability, consistency, and professional finish Identify and flag issues before vehicles exit the bay Team Collaboration Work closely with leads and fellow installers to maintain workflow Communicate clearly regarding project status, materials, and any install challenges Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) 1+ years of hands-on vehicle graphics installation experience Demonstrated ability to install panel graphics, partial wraps, and full wraps Proficiency with industry tools (squeegees, heat guns, knifeless tape, etc.) Strong attention to detail and finish quality Ability to work efficiently in a structured production environment Additional Requirements Reliable transportation to the Kansas City facility Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40+ lbs High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Compensation & Benefits $30-$35/hour , based on experience and skill level Full-time, consistent workload 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Clear growth pathways for high performers Why DIG?
