To fill the primary needs of this role, the team member must: Make Customers Happy Keep the customer's home clean and proactively take measures to leave it in better condition than found. Get Work Done Safely and efficiently perform installation of radon mitigation systems and other indoor air quality products. Collect payment from the customer when the job is completed. Proactively review job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job and load the truck. Safety Ensure that all aspects of work are performed safely and call out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
