Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various aspects of roofing and construction. This role involves working on residential roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards are met. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain roofs using shingles Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for material handling and installation Requirements Previous experience in roofing or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory. Training provided as needed. Ability to work at heights safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials regularly. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new techniques. Must be 18 years old or older Driver's License perferred but not required
