In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems on residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive durable, high-quality drainage solutions that protect their properties from water damage. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install various types of gutters, downspouts, and related drainage components with precision and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation aligned with project specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to complete installation tasks effectively Inspect work sites for safety hazards and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building codes Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and resolve technical issues Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing gutter systems to extend their lifespan and functionality Assist in the fabrication of custom gutter components using fabrication techniques such as cutting, welding, or shaping materials Experience Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on roofing, siding, or related trades preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings necessary for precise installations Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation in a construction environment Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating, inspection, and project coordination is a plus Skills in related trades such as carpentry (frame or trim), masonry (concrete forming or finishing), or plumbing/electrical experience are advantageous Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients Join us as a Gutter Install Technician where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
