Your hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and proactive approach will drive project success from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on varied projects, from remodeling and restoration to new builds, utilizing your comprehensive skills in carpentry, masonry, roofing, electrical work, plumbing, and more. Duties Perform a wide range of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, concrete finishing, masonry work, roofing, and flooring installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes, quality standards, and project timelines. Install doors, windows, cabinets, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, stucco finishes, and perform caulking or plastering as needed. Manage construction site activities including material handling, site setup, restoration work, hardscape creation, and demolition. Collaborate with project managers to assist in construction estimating and manage daily on-site operations effectively. Skills Extensive experience with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for precise execution of tasks. Proficiency in construction management practices to coordinate workflows and ensure timely project completion. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes for accurate material and labor planning. Skilled in construction inspection techniques to uphold safety standards and quality control. Hands-on expertise with plumbing systems, electrical wiring (including schematics), welding, masonry techniques, tile laying, flooring installation, and concrete forming. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar digital markup tools for project documentation and collaboration.
