Duties Assist lead installers in measuring, cutting, and fitting gutter materials according to project specifications Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety barriers to ensure secure access and compliance with safety standards Handle hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, and caulking guns to install gutters, downspouts, and related fixtures Support the installation of brackets, hangers, and sealants to ensure durable and weather-tight gutter systems Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris, excess materials, and ensuring tools are properly stored after use Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assist with precise placement of gutter components Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Prior construction site experience or familiarity with building trades is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics is a plus Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and work at heights safely Knowledge of construction safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Experience with related skills such as roofing, carpentry, caulking, or fixture installation is advantageous but not mandatory Join us today to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction!
