Roofer (Commercial Experience)

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofer with commercial construction expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you are responsible for safely installing, repairing, and the maintenance of commercial roofing systems. This role requires proficiency in working with materials such as TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen under the guidance of experienced roofers and foreman. You should be comfortable using basic roofing tools, handling materials efficiently, and following all site safety protocols. Responsibilities Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications. Assist with the installation, removal, repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems under supervision. Hand welding single ply roofing Loading and unloading roofing materials safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Frequently lift and carry heavy material on and off the job site. Safely climb ladders and work comfortably at elevated heights. Understanding commercial roofing knowledge and terminology (e.g., EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, sheet metal, etc.). Qualifications Proven commercial roofing experience with a strong understanding of roofing systems and installation techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment Knowledge of related trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, welding, tile laying or framing is a plus Valid driver's license Ability to travel for work, including overnight stays Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship in the commercial construction industry!
