Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Siding Installer and bring your expertise in construction and exterior finishing to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality siding materials on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and customer satisfaction. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help transform structures and elevate curb appeal. Duties Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, stucco, metal, and wood with precision and care. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute siding projects aligned with design specifications. Operate power tools such as nail guns, saws, drills, and caulking guns safely and efficiently on construction sites. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, framing with metal studs or wood, and applying necessary weatherproofing or insulation layers. Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials while maintaining safety standards at all times. Use hand tools for trimming, shaping, sealing joints with caulking, and finishing trim carpentry details for a polished look. Collaborate with team members on site to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols and schematics. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on siding installation or related trades such as roofing, framing, or masonry. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in exterior finishing projects. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide installation work. Knowledge of construction estimating processes to assess project scope and material needs effectively. Familiarity with other construction disciplines such as roofing, plumbing, tile laying, welding, or restoration is a plus. Physical strength for heavy lifting and working at heights; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
