Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction/Siding Laborer and be a vital part of transforming building exteriors! In this energetic role, you will assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining siding, roofing, and other exterior elements on residential and commercial projects. Your hands-on skills will help bring architectural visions to life while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your construction expertise and grow within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Assist with the installation and repair of siding, stucco, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and related exterior finishes. Operate hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely to complete construction tasks efficiently. Prepare job sites by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to schematics and blueprints. Support heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site. Follow safety protocols diligently while performing tasks such as caulking, masonry work, roofing, and restoration projects. Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and blueprints for accurate installation. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly. Skills there are no required skills as long as you are willing to learn! if you have the skills there will be a raise after the first week of the job! this is a great working environment job with plenty of opportunitys to grow!
